What is a detox?
A detox is a guided cleanse.  It involves dietary and lifestyle changes and natural medicines.  Our unique detox class, or party if you will, will give you information on why and how to detox, a detox program, and provide support in a small group setting.

Why detox?
Our world is full of toxins that we are exposed to on a daily basis. Many common symptoms such as weight gain, acne, and joint or muslce aches may be due to our body’s inability to eliminate toxins.

DETOX CLASS INCLUDES:

  • 5 physician-led, interactive classes
  • Detox manual with recipes
  • All required natural medicines for 21 day detox (Retail value over $190)
  • Meals at class 2 & 3.
  • Herbal cocktails at class 4.
  • Strategies for mental emotional relief (stress management techniques)​.

  • Objective measure of symptoms before and after the detox
